Sweet Pea 'Alisa'

Sweet Pea  'Alisa'

Lathyrus odoratus

Alissa is pure romance in sweet pea form! Her blooms shimmer in soft shades of blush and rose-pink, blending together like watercolor petals. Delicately ruffled and beautifully fragrant, this Spencer type sweet pea is a dream for cutting—long, graceful stems make her a florist’s favorite. Whether you’re growing for weddings, bouquets, or just to add charm to your garden, Alissa is the definition of timeless beauty.

IMPORTANT GERMINATION NOTE

During our germination testing, we found a higher-than-usual number of seeds with hard seed coats in this year’s crop. For the best results, we strongly recommend scarifying these seeds before sowing. Use nail clippers to remove the tiniest sliver of the seed coat, or rub one small spot with coarse sandpaper, taking care not to damage the inside of the seed.
