SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 5 business days. To streamline our shipping process we currently ship 1 day a week (Monday thru Friday).

Pre-orders ship on the date that's listed in the product description.

How much does shipping cost? 

The shipment of bulbs, corms and tubers is $15. The shipment of seeds is $8. Orders over $100 get free shipping.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. 

REFUND POLICY

What is your bulb, corm, tuber, or plant refund policy?

We source only the highest quality bulbs, corms, tubers, and roots. However, if your plant materials are showing signs of unviability, we'll be happy to provide store credit, replacements, or refunds within two weeks of receiving your plant materials. When you reach out to us, please provide details and photos documenting your quality concerns.

If plants arrive damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the plant as well as the packaging. Do not dispose of the plants or packaging as we may request their return. 

We do not provide replacements after the seeds/bulbs/corms have already been planted.

Dahlias:

Please plant your dahlias immediately after your USDA growing zone‘s last frost date, and follow the detailed growing instructions we include with your shipment. Your dahlias should sprout within 5 weeks after planting. If they fail to sprout within 6 weeks after planting, please email us immediately at emilie@flowerpeople.com. We are not responsible for weather issues, pest damage, or poor customer care.
