How much is shipping?
- US seed orders: $8. Seed orders over $100 ship free within the US.
- US dahlia tuber orders: $18.
- Canadian sweet pea orders: $20 USD. Free shipping offers don’t apply to Canadian orders.
- Other products: Shipping is calculated at checkout.
When Will My Order Ship?
Regular in-stock orders ship within 5 business days. During a launch, please allow up to 10 business days for in-stock orders to ship. Preorders ship during the shipping window stated in the product listing. These are processing times, not delivery times.
Can You Combine Shipping for Multiple Orders?
Combined shipping is available only for dahlia tuber orders placed during the first week of our dahlia launch. This gives you time to check out quickly and return for other varieties.
Use the same email address, name, and shipping address on each order. Shipping is charged on your first order and automatically waived on additional eligible dahlia orders placed during that launch week. No code is needed. This offer does not apply to seeds or other products. The exact combining deadline will be announced with each launch.
Shipping Address Issues & Order Cancellations
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Missing or incomplete addresses: If we’re unable to ship your order because the address is missing or incomplete, we’ll contact you by email. If we don’t receive the information needed within 5 business days of our email, we’ll cancel your order and refund your payment, minus a 20% restocking fee based on the merchandise subtotal.
Orders returned to us: If your order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll email you to arrange reshipping. You’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost. If we don’t receive a response within 5 business days of our email, or you choose not to have the order reshipped, we’ll cancel the order and refund the merchandise subtotal, minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer-requested cancellations: If we agree to cancel an order at your request before it ships, a 20% restocking fee based on the merchandise subtotal will apply.
This fee does not apply to orders we cancel because of an error on our part, unavailable inventory, or a product quality concern.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. We also ship sweet pea seeds to Canada. Canadian shipping is currently limited to sweet pea seeds. Dahlia tubers ship within the US only; we do not ship dahlias to Canada or any other country.
Local Order Pick Up?
Local pickup availability will be announced for each release.
